FamilyFirst Care Solutions - Detailed Terms and Conditions for Families

By using our services at Family First Care Solutions, you agree to these terms. To ensure a positive, respectful, and secure environment for both families and caregivers, please carefully review and adhere to the following detailed terms and conditions:

  1. Respectful Communication:

    • Maintain open, honest, and respectful communication with your assigned caregiver. Clearly communicate expectations, schedules, and any changes well in advance.

  2. Fair Compensation:

    • Provide fair and timely compensation to your caregiver as outlined in your contract. Any proposed changes to compensation must be mutually agreed upon and documented in the contract.

  3. Reasonable Work Hours:

    • Ensure that your caregiver's working hours align with the agreed-upon schedule. Avoid overworking caregivers, and discuss any necessary adjustments with them in advance.

  4. Safe Working Environment:

    • Guarantee a safe and secure working environment for your caregiver. Address any safety concerns promptly and provide necessary resources to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.

  5. Mutual Respect and Dignity:

    • Treat your caregiver with respect and dignity, acknowledging their professional contributions. Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior.

  6. Clear Contract Terms:

    • Abide by the terms outlined in your contract, including specific duties, responsibilities, and compensation. Any proposed changes should be discussed and documented in writing.

  7. Timely Payments:

    • Ensure timely and consistent payments to your caregiver as per the agreed-upon schedule. Delays in payments may result in a breach of contract.

  8. Healthy Work-Life Balance:

    • Encourage a healthy work-life balance for your caregiver. Avoid excessive demands that may lead to burnout, and actively discuss and address any concerns related to workload.

  9. Match Reevaluation Process:

    • Utilize the one-year match reevaluation period provided by FamilyFirst Care Solutions if necessary. Communicate openly with our team to address concerns and explore alternative caregiver options.

10 . Unacceptable Practices:

  • Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Failure to adhere to contractual agreements, including compensation and working hours.

  • Creating a hostile or unsafe working environment for the caregiver.

  • Any form of abuse, verbal or physical, towards the caregiver.

  • Failure to provide a safe and secure living environment for the caregiver, if applicable.

Contract Termination:

  • To terminate the contract, a minimum notice period of two weeks is required. Failure to provide this notice may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility and access to alternative caregiver options.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed promptly after the two-week notice period, accounting for any remaining balance on the contract.

Termination of Contract:

  • If, for any reason, you wish to terminate the contract, provide a minimum notice period as outlined in your contract. Follow the termination process to ensure a smooth transition.

By strictly adhering to these terms and conditions and avoiding unacceptable practices, you contribute to creating a positive and respectful caregiving experience for both your family and the dedicated caregivers at FamilyFirst Care Solutions.
