Sitter Application

what we require to qualify as a sitter:

  • Ideal for nannies needing less than 10 hours weekly

  • Trustworthy pocket sitters aged 16+

  • One in-person extensive interview with the sitter

  • Possess a driver's license and a minimum of 3+ non-family referrals

  • Over a year of proven babysitting experience

  • $10 application fee for 1 consulting session/Resume help, interview tips, and professional headshots.

Delightful Nanny

what we require to qualify as a Delight Nanny:

  • Ideal for nannies needing less than 20 hours weekly

  •  aged 18+

  • Hold a driver's license, CPR, and First Aid certifications

  • Can assist with light household cleaning

  • Can assist with light child development and activities 

  • 5+ glowing referrals showcasing excellence

  • 3+ years of proven childcare/nanny experience

  • 2 extensive interviews

  • 1-week trial to see if the match is satisfactory

  • Personalized contracts tailored to family wants & needs to ensure commitment and understanding

  • $15 application fee for 2 consulting sessions/Resume help, interview tips, and professional headshots.

Pro Nanny

what we require for you to qualify:

  • Ideal for nannies needing more than 30 hours weekly

  •  aged 19+

  • Full package: Driver's license, CPR, and First Aid certifications

  • Expertise in basic meal preparation,

  • child development, and no screen time activities

  • Rigorous vetting process: Background check, drug test, and 3 extensive interviews (1 including paid observation of in-person work)

  • 10+ outstanding referrals, with at least one in each age group

  • 1-week trial until asked if the match is satisfactory

  • Personal contract tailored to your and your family's wants & and needs to ensure commitment and understanding

  • $20 application fee for 3 consulting sessions/Resume help, interview tips, and professional headshots.
